Standard stock items may be available without a strict minimum order quantity. Custom-branded and bespoke packaging projects usually require higher minimums that vary by product and print specification.

Accepted Answer

If tracking is available for the shipment method used, we can provide delivery status updates after dispatch. For larger or palletised orders, our team can also confirm progress directly.

Accepted Answer

Delivery charges are not automatically included in all product prices. Shipping costs are shown at checkout or quoted separately depending on order size, destination, and fulfilment method.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support bulk and wholesale ordering for businesses and can advise on pallet delivery, repeat supply, and suitable stock formats for higher-volume operations.

Question 6

What is the estimated delivery time for Fudora orders?

Accepted Answer

Standard UK delivery is typically around 2 to 3 working days from dispatch for stock items. Custom-branded and bespoke orders require additional production time before shipment.

Does Fudora offer international delivery services?

Accepted Answer

Fudora primarily supplies businesses in the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK, contact us first so we can confirm whether export delivery is possible for your order.

How can I track the delivery of my order from Fudora?

Accepted Answer

Where tracking information is available, it can be shared after dispatch. For pallet deliveries or more complex orders, our team can provide delivery updates directly.

Are there any shipping fees associated with Fudora deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Yes, delivery fees may apply depending on the order value, shipment type, and destination. Charges are confirmed at checkout or quoted by our team before dispatch.

Question 10

How are international customs and duties handled for Fudora deliveries?

Accepted Answer

For any international shipment arranged outside standard UK delivery, customs duties, import taxes, clearance requirements, and any related charges are typically the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Question 11

What is the return policy for Fudora products?

Accepted Answer

Due to hygiene and food-safety considerations, opened, used, custom-branded, or bespoke packaging is generally non-returnable unless supplied incorrectly or found to be faulty.

Question 12

Accepted Answer

If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly with the order details, product information, and where possible photographic evidence. We will review the issue and advise on the next step.

Accepted Answer

Any accepted return of non-faulty standard goods may be subject to review and could involve collection, handling, or restocking charges depending on the circumstances.
